Krista’s real estate career began in 2004 with Jim Biddix Realty, where she quickly earned her first Million Dollar Award Club Bronze Award in just six months. In 2005, following Hurricane Katrina, Krista transitioned into property management, assisting with damage evaluations and insurance processes. That same year, she earned her second Million Dollar Award Club Silver Award.
In 2006, Krista expanded the property management company, increasing the number of managed properties and earning a Gold Award in the Million Dollar Award Club.
