Melanie is a very clear and constant communicator, I had no issues with having to contact her for updates in our home sale - she was always great with letting me know about updates as soon as she found out. From meeting me at the property, understanding the backstory of the property, what my sale expectations were, working with me through the sale remotely, and "going to bat" for me during the sale, Melanie exceeded all of my expectations. Even in the middle of the COVID-19 global pandemic, Melanie was committed to our sale and was very realistic of what the market was looking like. When I needed advice, she provided thorough, neutral feedback and never made me feel like she was trying to sell me on her realtor skills and abilities - they were obvious by how she conducts her business.

We were interested in a particular home with the Realtor's contact information on the For Sale Sign & phoned Mr. Demoran.He stated this home was already under Contract, however, he offered to assist us in finding the right home for us. My experience with Keller Williams (DemoranGroup) , Ocean Springs, MS was frustrating at best. Involved agent showed zero interest in helping . Certainly not a group interested in meeting & exceeding customer expectations.The involved agent did not respond to me or show any interest in answering my questions.I did ALL the leg work in making phone calls & developing information. The specific agent I was trying to work with neither returned my calls or made any attempt to develop information. Seemed completely uninterested.
