Chelsea’s experience extends well beyond traditional residential sales. She has worked as a Realtor, a transaction coordinator for a multi-million-dollar real estate group, and a short- and long-term property manager, including extensive experience managing vacation rentals. This behind-the-scenes knowledge gives her a thorough understanding of the details involved in a transaction and the ability to anticipate challenges before they become problems.
